A flow for those who produce, transport or receive waste and must stay aligned with RENTRI.

How it works

Connect the RENTRI operator

Load the operator profile and local units. A connection test checks that credentials work.

Open the register

With the local unit selected, record load and unload with quantities, EER codes and transport references.

Fill in the FIR

The form guides producer, transporter and consignee. Stamping comes from the RENTRI block.

File and sign

Electronic submission to the portal, digital signature and wait for the outcome. Every transaction stays in the history.

Handle exceptions

If RENTRI is unavailable you use the emergency FIR, then regularise as soon as the system is back.
