Description
The supervisor is the person on the floor who makes sure safety rules are actually followed. The course covers duties, legal responsibility, how to supervise, and how to talk to the team — using real cases and simulations.
It is for team leaders, foremen, site managers, shift leads and anyone who, in practice or by formal appointment, supervises other people’s work. Valid for 2 years.
